X. Legal & compliance commitments
1. Compliance principles
Affiliate Marketing program with Purchase Accumulation Points, KPI Reward Points and Strategic Points are designed entirely transparent, no participation fee, no mandatory package purchase.
No multi-level payouts, no generate passive income from referring newcomers if no real sales occur.
All rewards are based on real sales and actual contributions, in compliance with Vietnamese law.
2. Control process
KPI Reward Points and Strategic Points only are recorded when order is valid, and are reviewed periodically at the end of the month.
We reserve the right to withhold, adjust or cancel points if detected violations, fraud or providing false information.
All announced rewards transparent and have full invoices/documents.
3. Protecting member rights
Members have the right to look up history of points, sales, titles and approval status.
Any complaint about points or rewards will be resolved according to internal procedures, ensuring fairness and transparency.
4. Legal commitment
We commit:
❌ Do not apply multi-level mechanisms.
❌ No mandatory purchases or fees.
❌ Do not pay rewards from downlines or multi-tier systems.
✅ Only pay direct commissions when there are real sales.
The KPI and Strategic points programs are internal, similar to “Top Sale” competitions or “Best Leader” within the company, used to record achievement points and consider awarding at the end of the month.
5. Legal notice
Members do not have income if no sales are generated.
Reward points only have value after being approved and activate the reward receiving option.
This policy ensures transparent and compliance with the law.
The program completely avoids risks related to multi-level marketing.
