VIII. Conversion & use of points
1. General principles
KPI Reward Points and Strategic Reward Points only have value when they are converted to the status “Ready for redemption” after the end-of-month review. Each type of points has its own conversion rate and usage privileges, published within each specific program. Points only have value when approved and the reward claim is enabled; afterward they can be redeemed for products, partnership benefits or cash according to the company's policy. Redemptions are performed only by the UAS Council, not automatically.
2. Redemption of KPI reward points
KPI reward points can be redeemed for:
Products / services according to the published list;
Shopping vouchers / discount codes;
Authorization to use points for others to purchase or to purchase on someone else's behalf;
Cash redemption (bank transfer to the account information provided by the member).
Conversion rate: announced periodically depending on the period. Illustrative example: 1 KPI Point = 1 VND (illustrative example only, not fixed).
3. Redemption of Strategic Reward Points (QSH)
Strategic Reward Points apply only to eligible members (for example: achieving SH rank). They can be redeemed for:
Products / services according to the published list;
Shopping vouchers / discount codes valid at that time;
Authorization to use points for others to purchase at a discount;
Strategic partnership privileges (priority distribution of new products, co-hosting events…);
A personal business development support fund (purchase of tools, marketing, training…);
Cash redemption (in cases approved by the UAS Council for awards from the Internal Reward Fund, and transferred according to the member's provided account information).
Conversion rate: announced separately and periodically for eligible members, depending on the fund's budget and aggregated KPI results.
4. Forms of receiving rewards
Converted into products / services: delivery or activation of benefits within 15 working days;
Converted into partnership benefits: applied immediately after confirmation;
Authorization to use points: the authorized person may use the points to make purchases, receive discounts or equivalent benefits. (Point authorization is not applicable after review has been completed.)
Converted into cash: if the Reward Fund budget is approved, the reward will be transferred within 7 working days.
5. Point validity period
KPI Reward Points and Strategic Points have an expiration period (for example: 12 months or 365 days from the date of recording). After this period, unredeemed points will automatically expire. the UAS Council has the right to adjust the validity period in special programs.
6. Legal notes
All reward points arise from actual sales, not from referring new people if there is no sales transaction.
The redemption policy is designed to ensure compliance with the law, to avoid excessive payments, and not to create passive income from multiple levels.
All reward transactions are accounted for in accordance with current legal regulations.
7. Terms
Strategic Points (QSH) are performance assessment indicators recorded monthly by the UAS Council on a monthly basis.
The conversion of QSH points into benefits, gifts or bonuses is approved by the UAS Council and paid from the company's Internal Reward Fund.
QSH Points are not generated directly from the activities of other members, are not passive or automatic, and have no commercial transaction value between members.
QSH Points are not financial assets and shall not be converted, bought, sold or traded on secondary markets.
All forms of redemption are conducted according to the company's periodic reward distribution plan, and are not based on a tiered system or recruitment activities.
