VII. Recognition & approval process

1. Points recording

  • Reward Points KPI and Strategic Reward Points are recorded automatically to the member's account when the order is completed and meets the points calculation conditions.

  • Points are only recorded when the order is valid, not arising from referring others if they do not purchase.

  • Points are credited immediately after the system confirms the order has been paid and and not refunded.

  • Each type of points is recorded into a separate points section to avoid confusion and make tracking convenient:

    • Accumulated Purchase Points

    • KPI Reward Points

    • Strategic Reward Points

2. Points status

  • Newly recorded points will be in the "Pending approval" status.

  • This status ensures the company has time to verify the data before the points are released for redemption.

  • Accumulated Purchase Points then can be redeemed when purchasing online immediately, without waiting for approval.

3. Periodic review

  • At the end of each month, the control department will aggregate all points arisen.

  • Review criteria include:

    1. Revenue arising from genuine transactions.

    2. Orders that are completed & not refunded.

    3. Meeting the eligibility requirements of each points program.

  • Valid points will be moved from the "Pending approval" status status "Ready for redemption".

4. Notification to members

  • After review, we will send notifications to members via email or in the app.

  • Members can log in to view detailed reports including:

    • Number of points accrued during the month
