V. Sales KPI bonus points


1. Concept

KPI reward points are an internal metric that records a member's sales achievements and customer support. These points are not money, cannot be withdrawn immediately, but are used to record achievement points when titles are approved M1, M2, M3, SH and to review internal rewards at the end of the month.


2. Purpose

  • Recognize and honor individuals with outstanding sales and performance.

  • Encourage supporting other members to collectively improve performance.

  • Create transparent, fair motivation for competition, without rivalry among members.

📌 Formula for calculating KPI Points:

KPI Points = Valid sales in the day × Title point rate

Valid sales is the personal sales directly sold or supported to process.


4. How to record

  • The affiliate automatically calculates KPI Reward Points as soon as the order is completed and valid.

  • Points are added to KPI Reward Points in status Pending approval.

  • At the end of the month, the company reviews the total KPI Reward Points and approves the corresponding reward level.


5. Illustrative example

  • Sales/day: 25,000,000 VND

  • Title achieved: M2 (+9%)

  • KPI Reward Points = 25,000,000 × 9% = 2,250,000 KPI Points

  • These points are added to the account and await end-of-month approval.


  • KPI Reward Points are only calculated from actual sales that the member directly sold or supported to process.

  • They do not create passive income from others.

  • This is an internal metric for reward consideration, fully transparent and compliant with the law.
