VI. QSH strategic bonus points
1. Concept
Strategic Reward Points is an internal reward program reserved for members holding the title SH (Senior Honor), recognizing special contributions in developing and supporting large customer volumes. Strategic Reward Points are used to record achievement points and to evaluate periodic rewards, cannot be immediately converted into cash.
2. Source of formation
Strategic reward points are allocated from total sales generated from the customer volume that the SH member directly or indirectly supports.
Sales are only counted when the order is completed, paid, and not refunded.
Fund allocation rate currently: 5% on the total valid sales.
3. Point calculation method
Strategic Reward Points = Valid sales of the supported customer volume × 5%Points are added to Strategic Reward Points as soon as the order is completed, in the Pending approval.
4. Approval method
At the end of each month, the company compiles the strategic points of each SH.
After checking and verifying the data, valid points will enable the “Claim Reward” button and be converted according to the corresponding reward value.
The approval is based on actual sales and the level of customer support, not dependent on the number of participants or affiliations.
5. Illustrative example
Valid sales from the number of customers supported: 300,000,000 VND
Strategic Reward Points = 300,000,000 × 5% = 15,000,000 Strategic Points
These points are evenly divided among the SHs, added to Strategic Points and await end-of-month approval.
6. Legal notice
This is an internal reward program for members holding the SH title.
Strategic Reward Points not arising from recruiting people or charging participation fees.
Purely based on actual sales and real customer support to record points.
Multi-level commission models do not apply.
