III. Direct commission mechanism

1. Concept

Direct commission is the income a member receives from personal sales. This amount is paid directly to the member, independent of KPI titles or others' results.

2. How it is recorded

• When a customer purchases through your personal link or QR code, the system records the direct commission.

• Default rate: 20% of the valid order value (paid and not refunded).

• This amount is added directly to Sales Wallet (denominated in VND).

3. Example

• Order: 2,000,000 VND

• Direct commission: 2,000,000 × 20% = 400,000 VND

• Result: This 400,000 VND is immediately added to your Commission Wallet.

4. Payment rules

• Direct commission can be withdrawn to a bank account or used to pay for or purchase products depending on the policy at the time of withdrawal.

• Direct commission is approved immediately after the order is valid (no need to wait until the end of the month).

• Not affected by KPI conditions or titles; withdrawals must meet the minimum withdrawal standard.

5. Legal notice

• This is direct income, solely based on personal sales.

• No multi-level sharing, no income generated from recruiting people.

• Fully compliant with the Affiliate Marketing model according to legal regulations.

• Direct commission is based only on personal sales and does not depend on others' results or KPIs.
