II. Glossary of terms


1. Personal sales

Total value of paid and non-refunded orders generated from:

  • Customers who purchase via your personal link or QR code.

  • Customers for whom you directly assist in processing orders.


2. Purchase accumulation points

  • Received when buying products offline at stores, converted from, for example: 1,000 VND = 1 purchase point.

  • These points can be used to get discounts when purchasing online (1 point = 10 VND).

  • No used to record achievements or to evaluate KPI bonuses or titles.


3. Direct commission

  • Added immediately when you generate personal sales.

  • Converted based on the direct commission rate (for example 20%).

  • Can be withdrawn if meeting the minimum withdrawal qualifications.

  • Not affected by titles.


4. KPI bonus points

  • Used to record performance bonus points when achieving the corresponding title.

  • Recorded per order, only counting the difference compared to the lower title (to prevent exceeding the cap).

  • Not directly convertible to cash, reviewed at the end of the month.


5. Strategic Bonus Points

  • For members who achieve titles SH.

  • Points are recorded with reference to the sales of customers that you directly or indirectly assist in processing orders, not based on recruiting people or other members.

  • No based on the “downline” or number of member tiers.

  • Only used to record achievements and to evaluate distribution from the Strategic Bonus Fund at the end of the month.


6. KPI titles

  • The sequential titles are: M1 → M2 → M3 → SH.

  • Each title has different sales conditions and requirements for supporting other members.

  • Higher titles only receive the differential points compared to the lower title.
